Helpful Hints:

To sweeten your tea, you can add either honey, sugar (white or brown) or an artificial sweetener such as stevia.  For a touch of sweetness, try adding 1 tsp per 2 cups of tea, but for those of you with a real sweet tooth, try adding up to 1 tbsp per 2 cups of tea!  Adding the sweetener while your tea is still hot will allow it to dissolve quickly and ensure that it dissolves completely.

Research has indicated that adding fresh citrus to herbal tea may improve the absorption of antioxidants! So, add any citrus fruit that you like best!   For a tangy citrus flavour, squeeze lemons, limes or oranges into your iced tea once it is chilled (squeezing your citrus into hot tea may cloud the tea)  For a lighter citrus flavour, pour hot tea over sliced citrus fruits before chilling the tea! Add a citrus wedge as a garnish and enjoy!
